Vino bandiera del Friuli Venezia Giulia. E’ un vitigno autoctono di origini antichissime. Fino al 2007 il suo nome era Tocai Friulano ma a seguito di una sentenza della Corte Europea il nome è diventato Friulano. Colore paglierino con sfumature verdognole. Profumo delicato gradevole che ricorda i fiori di campo e di mela verde.   Denominazione: Friulano Doc Friuli Colli Orientali Formato: 750 ml Uve utilizzate: Friulano 100% Vendemmia: raccolta manuale in cassette con scelta delle uve sane Vinificazione: la temperatura di vinificazione è di 18 °C. Il vino viene imbottigliato 6 mesi dopo la vendemmia Gradazione alcolica: 13,5% vol Degustazione: morbido, asciutto di medio corpo, delicatamente amarognolo. Finale persistente Gastronomia: con antipasti magri, affettati, brodi, paste asciutte al pesce e alle carni bianche. Ottimo l’abbinamento con il prosciutto Temperatura di servizio: 12-14°C

Cabernet franc 2021

Vitigno originario dalla Francia. E’ giunto in Friuli nei primi decenni del 1800. Fra le varietà a bacca rossa è la seconda più diffusa nella Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia, dove il Cabernet franc ha trovato un habitat ideale. Colore rosso rubino tendente al violaceo. Aroma intenso ed erbaceo.   Denominazione: Cabernet franc Doc Friuli Formato bottiglia: 750 ml Uve utilizzate: Cabernet franc 100% Vendemmia: raccolta manuale in cassette con scelta delle uve sane Vinificazione: la macerazione avviene in tank di acciaio inox per 10 giorni. La temperatura di macerazione è di 26/28 °C Gradazione alcolica: 12,5% vol. Degustazione: caratteristico nel suo sapore erbaceo, giustamente tannico, armonico. Gastronomia: indicato con gli arrosti di carni rosse, brasati e la selvaggina. Il suo sapore pieno si armonizza perfettamente con i formaggi stagionati e salumi. Temperatura di servizio: 16-18°C

Sauvignon 2022

In Friuli il Sauvignon è diffuso soprattutto nella zona pedecollinare. In queste zone riesce ad esprimere al massimo il suo potenziale aromatico. Pinot grigio 2021

Sauvignon 2019

In Friuli Venezia Giulia Sauvignon is cultivated mostly at the foothills. In this area it can fully express its aromatic potential.   Official name: Sauvignon DOC Friuli Grapes: white grapes, 100% Sauvignon blanc Harvest: manual harvest and selection of healty bunches Vinification: vinification takes place at a temperature of 18°C. The wine is bottled 6 months after the harvest. Alcohol content: 13% ABV Primary aromas: yellow flowers, sage, mint, pepper Tasting notes: straw-yellow colour. Delicate and aromatic scent. Smooth, dry and medium-bodied. Persistent finish.  Serving temperature: 8-10°C / 46-50°F

Rosso Guido Tavagnacco 2019

Rosso Guido Tavagnacco is a red wine produced with dried grapes. The name of this wine comes from the author of the grape-picking fresco that is depicted on the label.   Official name: Rosso Igt Venezia Giulia Grapes: partially dried red berry grapes Harvest: manual harvest in crates and selection of healty bunches by the beginning of October Vinification: natural drying of grapes in crates for about a month, followed by maceration in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a temperature of 26/28°C. The wine is then aged in 225-litres barrels of oak for 12 months Alcohol content: 14% ABV Primary aromas: blackberries, spices Tasting notes: savory, slightly tannic, full bodied, round, with a persitent and pleasant aftertaste. Excellently balanced, smooth. Serving temperature: 16-18°C / 60-64°F Food pairing: ideally paired with game, red meat, roast, medium and long-keeping cheeses

Merlot 2019

By aging, the bouquet is enriched with spicy notes. Savory, full-bodied, bitter with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste  Serving temperature: 16-18°C / 60-64°F Food pairing: Grilled or boiled red meat, chicken and rabbit stew, roast and medium-aged cheese

Refosco Dal Peduncolo Rosso 2019

Red stem Refosco is one of the most famous wines of Friuli Venezia Giulia. It’s genetically close to Primitivo, Terrano and Veronese Corvina, which is used for Amarone wine. It has an important structure with an ever pleasing herbaceus note. The label features a portrait of Giacomo de Claricini, who lived in the 17th century.   Grapes: 100% red stem Refosco Harvest: hand picking and selection of healthy grapes Vinification: maceration in stainless steel containers for 10 days at a temperature of 26-28° C / 78-82°F, then ageing in French oakwood barrels Alcohol content: 13.5% ABV Primary aromas: blackberry, dried plum Tasting notes: intense ruby colour with violet highlights, turning garnet-red with ageing. Savoury, lightly tannic, fully-bodied and slightly bitter, with a lingering and pleasing aftertaste. Altogether a great balanced wine with fruity flavours, soft and restrained tannin and a medium-long aroma on the finish. Food pairing: best combined with game, red meat, roasts, medium and long-keeping cheese, cold cuts Serving temperature: 16-18°C / 60-64°F
