Organic half whole grain rye flour. Expecially suited for bread-making, baking and biscuits. The rye is dehusked and then, in a single step, stone milled. The obtained flour is sifted in order to get half whole grain flour, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, with a low glycemic index. Ingredients: organic half whole grain rye flour. It contains gluten, may contain traces of soy. Nutritional intake, average values for 100 g: energy 1.345 kJ / 318 kcal - fat 1,5 g – of which saturated 0,2 g - carbohydrats 61 g – of which sugar 1 g - fiber 3 g - proteins 9,5 g - salt 0,001 g. Emmer wheat pappardelle
Emmer wheat pappardelle, made with half whole grain stone milled emmer wheat flour, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals thanks to the contained wheat germ and bran. The bronze drawing gives roughness to the pasta allowing it to retain and absorb the various seasonings. Its delicate flavour allows it to be combined with various condiments. Stone milling and craft pasta-making are carried out by local companies, for enhancing quality and territoriality. Ingredients: organic emmer wheat flour. I de Claricini Dornpacher in Friuli - La storia, la villa di Moimacco, i cinquant’anni della Fondazione Il volume ricostruisce la storia di una famiglia e della sua residenza di campagna: i Claricini, nobili di Cividale del Friuli, e la seicentesca villa di Bottenicco. In una zona di confine tra il Patriarcato e gli Asburgo prima, e poi tra questi e Venezia, i Claricini costruiscono il loro prestigio e il loro potere economico con al centro la villa, loro residenza estiva anche dopo la caduta della Serenissima, quando i loro interessi si spostano su Padova. Cincuante in a wooden box
Our beloved Cincuante in a beautiful wooden box! The word "Cincuante" comes from Friulano, meaning fifty. This wine is a limited edition produced in 2021 for the 50 years anniversary of the de Claricini Dornpacher Foundation: only 700 bottles (hand-numbered), one for each year since the death of Dante Alighieri, key figure in the history of the Villa and the de Claricini family. Official name: Rosso Igt Venezia Giulia Vintage: 2018 Grapes: red grapes, red stem Refosco and Schioppettino Harvest: manual harvest in crates and selection of healty bunches at the beginning of October Vinification: natural drying in crates for about two weeks. Maceration in stainless steel tanks for 10 days, at a temperature of 26/28°C. Aged in 225-litres barrels of French oak for 12 months Alcohol content: 14% ABV Primary aromas: vanilla and red berries Tasting notes: Deep scarlet colour, broad, long and significant flavour. Fruity scent. Broad, long and significant flavour. Serving temperature: 16-18°C / 60-64°F Food pairing: Suitable for game, red meat, roast, medium and long-keeping cheeses.

The name of this wine comes from the author of the grape-picking fresco that is depicted on the label. Official name: Rosso Igt Venezia Giulia Grapes: partially dried red berry grapes Harvest: manual harvest in crates and selection of healty bunches by the beginning of October Vinification: natural drying of grapes in crates for about a month, followed by maceration in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a temperature of 26/28°C. The wine is then aged in 225-litres barrels of oak for 12 months Alcohol content: 14% ABV Primary aromas: blackberries, spices Tasting notes: savory, slightly tannic, full bodied, round, with a persitent and pleasant aftertaste.
