Organic half whole grain rye flour. Expecially suited for bread-making, baking and biscuits. The rye is dehusked and then, in a single step, stone milled. The obtained flour is sifted in order to get half whole grain flour, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, with a low glycemic index.

Suggested use: bread- and breadsticks-making, baking, commonly used for dark bread.
