Emmer wheat pappardelle, made with half whole grain stone milled emmer wheat flour, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals thanks to the contained wheat germ and bran. The bronze drawing gives roughness to the pasta allowing it to retain and absorb the various seasonings. Its delicate flavour allows it to be combined with various condiments.
Stone milling and craft pasta-making are carried out by local companies, for enhancing quality and territoriality.
