Decorticated barley

We grow our barley following the organic method on owned land, from production to packaging everything is done in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Obtained through decortication, a process that by abrasion removes the non-edible outer part. Decorticated barley is in its integral form and is therefore rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins.

Cooking time: 25-30 minutes, soaking for 1-2 hour suggested but not compulsory.

Ingredients: Organic decorticated barley. It contains gluten, may contain traces of soy.

Nutritional intake, average values for 100 g:
energy 1.333 kJ / 319 kcal - fat 1,4 g – of which saturated 0,3g - carbohydrats 71 g – of which sugar 0 g - fiber 9,2 g - proteins 10 g - salt 0,01 g.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight.

Package: 500g vacuum packed.
