We grow our spelt following the organic method on owned land, from production to packaging everything is done in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Obtained through decortication, a process that by abrasion removes the non-edible outer part. Decorticated spelt is in its integral form and is therefore rich in fiber, minerals and vitamins. Expecially suited for main dishes, soups and for vegetarian burgers.
Suggested use: Soaking for 1-2 hours, cooking for 30-35 minutes.
Ingredients: Organic spelt. It contains gluten, may contain traces of soy.

energy 1.472 kJ / 352 kcal - fat 1,7 g - saturated 0,4 g – carbohydrats 71 g – of which sugar 1,1 g - fiber 7 g - proteins 14 g - salt 0,006 g.
