We grow our spelt following the organic method on owned land, from production to packaging everything is done in Friuli Venezia Giulia.
The spelt is dehusked and then, in a single step, stone milled. The obtained flour is sifted in order to get half whole grain flour, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals thanks to the contained wheat germ and bran. The bronze drawing gives roughness to the pasta allowing it to retain and absorb the various seasonings.
Its delicate flavour allows it to be combined with various seasonings.
Cooking time: 4-5 minutes.
Ingredients: Organic half whole grain spelt flour, organic saffron (0,01%). It contains gluten, may contain traces of soy.
Nutritional intake, average values for 100 g:
energy 1.472 kJ / 352 kcal - fat 1,3 g – of which saturated 0,4 g - carbohydrats 70 g – of which sugar 1 g - fiber 3 g - proteins 12 g - salt 0,006 g.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, protected from sunlight. Craft product subject to natural decay.
