Organic ancient grain spaghetti alla chitarra, with half whole grain stone milled wheat flour, rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals thanks to the contained wheat germ and bran. The bronze drawing gives roughness to the pasta allowing it to retain and absorb the various seasonings.
Our ancient wheat is grown on company owned land by following the organic method. From production to packaging, everything is done in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Stone milling and craft pasta-making are carried out by local companies, for enhancing quality and territoriality.
Cooking time: 4-5 minutes.
Ingredients: Organic half whole grain wheat flour. It contains gluten, may contain traces of soy.
