Harvest: manual harvest and selection of healty bunches by late September
Vinification: the grapes are partially dried on ventilated drying-racks. Maceration in stainless steel tanks for 8 days. Aging in small oak barrels for 6 months.
Alcohol content: 13.5% ABV
Tasting notes: subdued ruby-red colour, tending to violet. Spicy hints and strong fruity expression. Robust, harmonius, full bodied, savory.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C / 60-64°F
Food pairing: suitable for red meat roasts. Ideally paired with poultry and hard cheese
