Grapes: white grapes, 100% Sauvignon blanc
Harvest: manual harvest and selection of healty bunches
Vinification: vinification takes place at a temperature of 18°C / 64°F. The wine is bottled 6 months after the harvest.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Primary aromas: yellow flowers, sage, mint, pepper
Tasting notes: straw-yellow colour. Delicate and aromatic scent. Smooth, dry and medium-bodied. Persistent finish.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C / 46-50°F
Food pairing: suitable for lean starters, cold cuts, seafood and white meat
