Prosecco is a DOC sparkling wine that can be produced by following strict production regulations only in 5 Veneto provinces (Treviso, Venice, Vicenza, Padova, Belluno) and in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

Vinification: winemaking temperature of 18°C. The sparkling process is made in pressured steel tanks by following the Martinotti-Charmant method.Primary aromas: wildflowers, apple

Alcohol content: 11.5% ABV

Tasting notes: light and frothy bubbles, delicate, intensely fruity.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C / 42-46°F

Food pairing: excellent aperitif, perfect for any kind of party or event. Best served in an ice bucket.
